Our organization helps enhance the work already happening within schools by integrating new practices into the school’s normative forums. Our team co-designs strategies at the system level with the school’s leadership team, educators, and community members to cultivate a district-wide culture that serves students’ needs. These Trainings are designed to help learners understand the historical implications of the racial wealth gap. In addition, we teach participants to develop and refine their personal values and resources to build their own insulated economic institutions. These trainings will help participants establish wealth practices, differentiate assets vs. liabilities, establish budgets, and construct their financial goals for the future.
