Young Black Entrepreneur Curriculum

The purpose of the Young Black Entrepreneur (YBE) curriculum is to empower Black leadership through character development and racial identity. The YBE curriculum centers around mentorship, using three key components (Mentorship, Exposure, 3T’s’s) to empower students to discover their gifts and provide students with the tools to discover their destiny. Students who join the YBE program will receive consistent mentorship, and our team will give students the tools to write their own stories. Our curriculum will open our students’ minds to the idea of being a part of something bigger than themselves.

Our curriculum is critical in helping students embrace their diversity, enrich their understanding of their differences, and establish their brand. The purpose of the YBE curriculum is to disrupt behavioral and environmental dispositions. Mentorship is consequential in challenging cognitive dissonance as it pertains to inclusion. The YBE program believes mentorship births behaviors that will prepare young people for the dreams in front of them. However, YBE understands change requires a community: a team of educators, household support, and community advocates that are all committed to the work of preparing students for the world that awaits them, and the world they will create.

On behalf of the YBE team, we would like to express our gratitude for allowing us to be a part of your growth plan.

YBE Leadership advisory curricula can be bought to serve Elementary, Middle School, or utilized at the High School level.

“MENTORSHIP IS THE VEHICLE WE USE TO PREPARE YOUNG PEOPLE FOR THE WORLD IN FRONT OF THEM”
